About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic E-Commerce Executive to join our central brand operations team in Padavala, Rajkot. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day catalog management, bulk listing creation, inventory updates, and listing health across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities

- Catalog Management: Create, bulk-upload, and optimize product listings across major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart), while tracking catalog health, fixing errors/suppressions, and maintaining master SKU and pricing sheets.




- Graphic Design & Creative Assets: Design high-converting e-commerce visuals, infographics, lifestyle imagery, and A+ content using Photoshop, Canva, and Generative AI tools.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Plan, create, and schedule multi-channel social media content (reels, captions, graphics), manage community interactions, and assist with promotional campaigns and influencer outreach.
- Reporting: Maintain day-to-day SKU tracking, listing error reports, and live catalog status using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on exposure to e-commerce marketplace seller panels.
- Platform Familiarity: Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Quick Commerce portals.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (filtering, basic formulas, VLOOKUP, data entry).
- Work Requirement: Comfortable working in office at our facility in Padavala, Rajkot.
