Key Responsibilities

- Conduct e-auctions/reverse auctions as per the approved auction calendar, standard templates, and sourcing strategy.

- Create, manage, and monitor auction events on the designated e-sourcing platform (Ariba).

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely auction execution.

- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to suppliers to maximize participation and competitive bidding.

- Monitor auction performance and resolve operational issues during live auction events.

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, auction governance guidelines, SOPs, and approval requirements.

- Maintain accurate auction documentation, records, reports, and trackers with timely updates.

- Support strategic sourcing initiatives through effective utilization of e-auction tools and best practices.

- Generate auction analytics and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement,



Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or E-Auction Operations.

- Hands-on experience in conducting Reverse Auctions and managing sourcing events through SAP Ariba.

- Valuable understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing methodologies.

- Experience in stakeholder coordination and supplier engagement.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Reverse Auction modules.

- Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements, and sourcing best practices.

- Ability to manage multiple auction events while ensuring accuracy and timelines.

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship management skills.
