Role Description The Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (8+ Years) will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar, where the architect will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Responsibilities include guiding development teams, overseeing integrations with other systems, ensuring alignment with best practices, and conducting solution reviews throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with consulting teams, supporting pre-sales activities, preparing technical documentation,



and providing thought leadership on Dynamics 365 capabilities and roadmap.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills in Dynamics 365, including end-to-end solution design, system configuration, and governance.
- Experience in Consulting and stakeholder engagement, including requirement analysis, workshops, and advising on best practices.
- Hands-on Software Development experience with Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, .NET, Azure).
- Proficiency in Integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party and legacy systems, using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Expertise in Business Process analysis and optimization, mapping business workflows to Dynamics 365 modules.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working with enterprise CRM/ERP or Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, security, performance, and scalability within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor development and functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly beneficial.
