Role Description The E-Commerce Account Management role is a full-time, in office position based in Agra. The role involves managing product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms to optimize visibility and sales. The team member will monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for inventory updates, handling customer queries and escalations,



and maintaining accurate records of orders and returns. The role also requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand presentation and support the growth of the online jewellery marketplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to manage online storefronts and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to engage with customers and stakeholders in a professional and helpful manner.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, track key performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplace operations, and basic knowledge of digital merchandising.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and order management tools; comfort working with data and reports.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, or retail e-commerce is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred.
