Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, Pune & Kolkata.

Experience: 3-8 Years (3+ Years in Dynamics 365 Field Service)

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting D365 Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions and driving successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules including Work Orders, Scheduling, Service Agreements, Assets, and Mobile App.
- Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions.
- Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user stories.




- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 2-3+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
- Solid knowledge of Work Orders, Scheduling Board, Resource Management, and Service Agreements.
- Experience with Field Service Mobile App.
- Understanding of Data verse, Power Platform, and integrations.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- MB-240 Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant
- PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
