Technical Skills & Experience

Required:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal/PHP development
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 9/10/11
- Strong knowledge of PHP 8.x and Symfony
- Experience developing custom Drupal modules, themes, plugins and services
- Good understanding of Drupal Entity API, Form API, Plugin API, Configuration API, Views, Hooks and Dependency Injection
- Experience with Composer and Drush
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong experience with MySQL/MariaDB
- Good hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with Angular components, services, routing, forms, HTTP Client and API integration
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and SSO
- Experience with Keycloak and/or Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and Helm
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps/Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of Git
- Experience with PHPUnit and API/integration testing
- Good understanding of OWASP and secure coding practices
- Experience with SonarQube and vulnerability remediation

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Drupal upgrades and migrations
- Experience with Acquia Cloud Platform
- Experience with Redis and Drupal performance optimisation
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Experience with Behat, Cypress or Jest
- Experience with microservices and API-driven architectures
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Mend (WhiteSource)




- Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal or other Drupal certification
- Experience with Kubernetes/DevOps certifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
