About the Role

RT TRICONE DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACTORS PVT. LTD. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman / Draughtswoman to join our Architecture & Projects team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 2D architectural drawings and 3D models, preparing detailed working drawings, incorporating design revisions, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams to support the smooth execution of residential and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualisations using SketchUp based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Prepare and modify floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, details, and construction drawings.
- Translate architectural concepts, sketches, site measurements, and design instructions into accurate drawings.




- Develop detailed drawings for residential, villa, and real-estate projects.
- Coordinate with architects and senior team members to understand design requirements and implement revisions accurately.
- Prepare drawings based on actual site measurements and existing site conditions.
- Coordinate with the site/project team to ensure drawings are practical and suitable for execution.
- Incorporate design changes, corrections, and revisions as instructed by the Architect/Project Head.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings based on actual site execution.
- Maintain proper drawing files, revisions, and documentation for all projects.
- Ensure that the latest approved drawings are properly maintained and circulated to the concerned team.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Assist architects and project teams with drawings, layouts, presentations, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements, verification, and coordination.
- Ensure all drawings are prepared accurately and delivered within the required project timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Mandatory:

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Ability to prepare accurate 2D architectural and working drawings.
- Ability to develop basic to detailed 3D architectural models in SketchUp.
- Positive understanding of architectural drawings, construction details,



dimensions, scales, and measurements.

Added Advantage:

- Knowledge of Photoshop or other architectural visualisation/design software.
- Understanding of residential construction and villa detailing.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Architectural Draughtsman, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and strong technical skills may also be considered.

Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, construction, real estate, or interior/architectural projects.
- Experience in residential projects, luxury villas, or premium real-estate developments will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with both 2D drawings and 3D SketchUp models.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be:
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
- Technically sound in architectural drafting and documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Able to understand architectural concepts and convert them into detailed drawings/models.
- Capable of coordinating effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Good at managing drawing revisions and maintaining organised project documentation.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
- Willing to travel to and work at the Alibaug project site as required.
