We are looking for motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Marketing Executives to promote Rooftop Solar Solutions to residential customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting homes in assigned areas, explaining rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits, and generating qualified customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit approximately 40–50 homes per day in assigned residential areas.
- Introduce our rooftop solar solutions to homeowners.
- Explain the basic benefits of installing a rooftop solar system.
- Provide information about applicable government solar subsidy schemes.
- Understand the customer's approximate monthly electricity/EB bill.
- Identify homeowners who are interested in rooftop solar installation.
- Collect basic customer details and generate qualified leads.
- Share interested customer details with the team for further discussion.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
- Maintain daily records of home visits, leads, and customer responses.
- Submit a daily activity report to the team.
- Meet assigned weekly targets.

Candidate Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers at their homes.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
- Tamil communication is required.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, telecom, insurance, real estate, or solar is an advantage.
- Smartphone required.
- Two-wheeler is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Field-based job
- Daily residential area visits
- Assigned area/territory will be provided
- Daily travel within the assigned area

Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Incentives: Additional incentives based on successful conversions.
