We are looking for a energetic and motivated Domestic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines for multiple open positions.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in domestic recruitment.
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, indeed, Found it, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
