Role Description This is a full time, on-site Domestic Tour Executive role based in the Pune District.

The Domestic Tour

Executive will plan and organize domestic tour packages, create detailed itineraries, and coordinate travel arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing. The role involves managing guided tours, handling bookings and reservations, and resolving issues that may arise before or during travel. The executive will communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, provide recommendations, confirm tour details, and ensure a smooth travel experience.



Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with vendors, and supporting the team in promoting tour packages.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Tour Planning and Itineraries to design structured and efficient domestic travel packages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours and Tour Management to oversee on-ground tour operations and support travelers during their trips.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Knowledge of Indian tourist destinations, local cultures, and travel regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple bookings, and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and booking platforms.
- Prior experience in travel and tourism or hospitality is an advantage, though motivated entry-level applicants may also be considered.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
