About the Role

Exporters Worlds is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Domestic B2B Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with Indian businesses, understanding their requirements, explaining our B2B solutions, generating sales opportunities, and converting prospects into customers.

Candidates with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of exports, imports, international trade, or the B2B marketplace will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective Indian B2B customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Exporters Worlds products and services.
- Explain membership plans, B2B solutions, and other company offerings to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to improve conversion.
- Stay updated about company products, services, pricing, offers, and B2B market trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Good convincing,

- Confident and comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and business development .
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment .
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Knowledge of export/import, international trade, B2B marketplaces, or the export industry will be an added advantage.

Experience

Freshers:

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Experienced:

Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Domestic Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Lead Conversion, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
