Job Summary

Sonali Group is looking for an experienced Domestic Regional Sales professional to develop and manage domestic business across assigned regions and drive sales growth in the polymer industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and regular market updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Polymer, Plastic, Filler, Masterbatch, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's experience.
