Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT contract positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the role and have the necessary skills to succeed in the position.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, providing them with a shortlist of suitable candidates for consideration.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years' experience in candidate sourcing, contract staffing, or recruitment within the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing on job boards like Naukri.com etc. .

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive rates from vendors while maintaining robust relationships with clients.
