Role Description The Domestic and International Contracting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with domestic and overseas hotels, destination management companies, transport providers, and other travel-related vendors. The role involves sourcing current partners, securing competitive rates and allotments, and maintaining existing relationships to support the company’s package offerings and profitability.

The manager will analyze market trends, compare competitor contracts, and ensure that all agreements meet quality, compliance, and service standards.



Day-to-day activities include preparing contract documentation, maintaining updated rate and inventory databases, coordinating with internal sales and operations teams, and resolving any commercial or service-related issues with partners.

Qualifications

- Experience in travel and tourism contracting, with exposure to both domestic and international markets.

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze pricing, margins, and market trends to support competitive package creation.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic contract documentation practices.

- Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional or foreign language skills are an advantage.

- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

- Prior experience working with hotels, DMCs, or travel suppliers is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.

- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, site inspections, and industry events when required.
