About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Sr. IT Recruiter / Lead Recruiter with strong experience in India Contract Staffing and Technology Hiring.This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on end-to-end recruitment delivery. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and successful onboarding of technology professionals.The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple technical requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions across India.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and qualified networks.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, compensation, notice period, location, and availability.




- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counteroffers, and joining-date discussions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche technology requirements.
- Drive selected candidates through offer acceptance and successful joining.
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver candidates within defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate documentation.
- Proactively identify and manage offer-drop, counteroffer, and joining risks.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.




- Strong hands-on experience in India Contract Staffing / Contract-to-Hire / Project-Based Staffing.
- Experience hiring technology professionals across multiple skill sets.
- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions and IT talent markets.
- Strong candidate screening, engagement, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities independently.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Background Candidates from IT Staffing, India Contract Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, Technology Services, IT Consulting, GCC Recruitment, or high-volume Technology Hiring environments are preferred.
