Hospital Referral Marketing Executive

Experience: 3–8 years in Hospital Referral Marketing / Healthcare Marketing / Business Development

Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration or relevant degree

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Referral Marketing professional to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, increase patient referrals, and support hospital business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

· Conduct regular doctor and clinic visits to strengthen engagement and referral relationships.

· Identify current referral sources and develop the hospital’s doctor referral network.

· Plan and execute doctor engagement programs, referral campaigns, CMEs, workshops, and networking activities.

· Promote hospital specialties, services, facilities, and key clinical offerings to healthcare professionals.

· Track referral trends, doctor-wise contributions, patient footfall, and business performance.

· Maintain an updated database of referring doctors and prepare regular reports for management.





· Coordinate with consultants and internal hospital departments to address queries and concerns from referring doctors.

· Develop strategies to improve doctor engagement and referral business.

· Ensure all marketing activities follow ethical practices, hospital policies, and applicable healthcare regulations.
