V Power Logistics is hiring an experienced US Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in US Trucking / Dispatch Operations who can confidently coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day US Truck Dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with drivers for pickups, deliveries, routes, and schedules.
- Search and book loads through Load Boards.
- Communicate with US brokers, shippers, and customers.
- Negotiate rates and manage rate confirmations.
- Track loads and provide regular shipment updates.
- Handle pickup/delivery appointments and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain dispatch records, PODs, and other required documents.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of assigned loads.
- Manage multiple loads and drivers efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Dispatch / US Trucking.
- Good knowledge of US Trucking Operations and Dispatching.
- Experience with Load Boards and Broker Coordination.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of US routes and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple loads simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
