We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Dispatch Executive for our packaged drinking water manufacturing plant in Bhiwandi.
Responsibilities: Manage night shift dispatch operations. Track production and finished goods stock. Maintain opening, production, dispatch, returns and closing stock. Ensure physical stock matches system records.
Coordinate loading and dispatch of company and outside vehicles. Maintain vehicle-wise dispatch and driver records. Verify returned vehicles, delivered/returned quantities and shortages. Coordinate with billing/accounts for invoice and quantity verification.
Prepare daily dispatch and stock closing reports. Identify and immediately report any stock or dispatch mismatch.
Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or warehouse operations. Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in stock reconciliation and vehicle coordination. Zoho/ERP experience preferred. Willing to work 9 PM–9AM night shift.
