We make ready-to-eat meals, roasted nuts and snacks, sold through quick-commerce platforms, distributors, institutional clients and export markets. We're a startup, so this role has real ownership and room to grow. Role Summary You'll run day-to-day operations from order to delivery: billing, dispatch, inventory, stock control, basic quality checks and order coordination.

Every order should go out accurately, on time and properly documented. Key Responsibilities Billing &

- Documentation •⁠ ⁠Prepare GST-compliant tax invoices, delivery challans and credit/debit notes •⁠ ⁠Maintain billing records and share daily sales and dispatch data with management •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with accounts on payment follow-ups and pending receivables Order Processing &
- Coordination •⁠ ⁠Receive and process orders from distributors, quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket etc.), institutional clients and direct customers •⁠ ⁠Handle purchase orders (POs), confirm quantities and flag shortfalls in advance •⁠ ⁠Book delivery appointments and slots on platform portals where required •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with production,



packing and transport teams so orders are ready on time •⁠ ⁠Communicate order status, delays or issues to clients and management promptly Dispatch &
- Logistics •⁠ ⁠Plan and execute daily dispatches as per order priority and delivery timelines •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with transporters, courier partners and delivery vendors •⁠ ⁠Ensure correct packing, labelling, carton marking and documentation for every shipment •⁠ ⁠Maintain dispatch register with LR/AWB numbers, vehicle details and delivery proof •⁠ ⁠Track shipments until delivery and resolve transit issues Inventory &
- Stock Management •⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of finished goods, raw material and packaging material stock •⁠ ⁠Record all stock inward and outward in the system/register on the same day •⁠ ⁠Conduct daily/weekly stock checks and monthly physical stock audits •⁠ ⁠Follow FIFO/FEFO (first expiry, first out) strictly •⁠ ⁠Raise alerts for low stock, near-expiry items and slow-moving products •⁠ ⁠Keep the storage area organised, labelled and clean Quality Control (Basic) •⁠ ⁠Check finished goods before dispatch for packaging damage, seal quality, labelling, batch number and expiry/MRP printing •⁠ ⁠Make sure no near-expiry,



damaged or non-conforming product is dispatched •⁠ ⁠Record and report returns, rejections and damages with reasons •⁠ ⁠Support hygiene and storage standards as per FSSAI guidelines Reporting •⁠ ⁠Share a daily MIS covering orders received, dispatched and pending, plus stock position •⁠ ⁠Maintain order tracking sheet with status of every open order •⁠ ⁠Report issues, delays and discrepancies to management immediately Requirements •⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred) •⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Tally / Busy or similar billing software •⁠ ⁠Good with MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, data entry, reports) •⁠ ⁠Understanding of GST invoicing and e-way bills •⁠ ⁠Comfortable doing both desk work and on-floor work (stock checks, dispatch supervision) •⁠ ⁠Organised, detail-oriented and reliable with numbers •⁠ ⁠Good communication in Hindi; working English for emails and portals Valuable to Have •⁠ ⁠Experience with quick-commerce or e-commerce order handling (seller portals, POs, appointments) •⁠ ⁠Experience in food / FMCG warehousing or distribution •⁠ ⁠Two-wheeler for local coordination when needed What We Offer •⁠ ⁠Hands-on exposure to the complete operations of a growing food brand •⁠ ⁠Direct work with the founder •⁠ ⁠Growth into an Operations Manager role as the business scales How to Apply:
