The Edge Partnership is working with a global organisation to appoint a Director, Consultant ServiceNow to lead the growth of its ServiceNow consulting and services capability. This is a senior, client-facing role combining ServiceNow expertise, consulting, solutioning and business development and an opportunity to play a significant role in shaping and scaling a ServiceNow business and its market proposition.

nSome of the key responsibilities will include:

- Define and execute the growth strategy for the ServiceNow practice, developing propositions, solutions and accelerators.
n
- Drive business development and client acquisition across ServiceNow consulting and transformation services.
n
- Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow strategy and transformation.
n
- Develop strategic technology partner relationships and identify new routes to market.
n
- Lead and scale the ServiceNow organisation, developing senior talent and supporting high-performing delivery teams.
n
- Provide strategic oversight of major ServiceNow transformation programmes and associated capabilities.
n

nTo be eligible for this role you will require:

n

n
- 20+ years‘ experience across technology consulting, digital transformation, IT services or enterprise technology.
n




- 10+ years‘ experience in ServiceNow consulting, transformation or practice leadership.
n
- Strong ServiceNow implementation and solutioning experience, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
n
- A proven track record of building or growing ServiceNow services and winning new business.
n
- Experience operating with senior enterprise clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.
n
- Experience leading large teams and complex transformation programmes.
n
- Solid executive communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
n
