Hiring: Senior Leasing Director | Retail Real Estate & Mall Leasing | India

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Leasing Director with 18+ years of experience in retail real estate, mall leasing, and business development to drive strategic growth, profitability, and brand partnerships for premium retail assets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue

✅ Drive tenant acquisition across leading national and international brands

✅ Create optimal tenant mix, zoning, and adjacency strategies

✅ Analyse PSPM, trading density, footfall, and market trends to improve mall performance

✅ Lead commercial negotiations, lease renewals, relocations, and expansions

✅ Manage relationships with major retail groups including Titan, Arvind Brands, Myntra Brands, ABFRL,



and other marquee retailers

✅ Oversee lease documentation, approvals, fit-outs, and store operationalisation

✅ Partner with Finance and Centre Heads to track occupancy, vacancies, and leasing performance

Requirements

✔ 18+ years of experience in mall leasing, retail real estate, or mixed-use developments

✔ Robust network within the retail ecosystem and developer community

✔ Proven expertise in tenant mix planning, leasing strategy, and revenue optimisation

✔ Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills

✔ MBA/Post Graduate qualification preferred
