- Hiring a Director of Engineering for our upcoming hotel at the upcoming Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Bengaluru.
- Adhere to IHCL SOPs and multiple property specific brand standards as per latest guidelines.
- Works as a SPOC between the project and the IHCL Technical Services team during opening.
- Work in Tandem to ensure all Renovation and Hotel routine Capex is approved and executed as per Schedule.
- Ensuring preventative/predictive maintenance programs for all the properties /equipment is in place and adhered to
- Hotel Upkeep – Guest rooms/Public areas /BOH PM, any recurring complaints to be noted and making of action plan
- Ensuring all Equipment’s are running and well maintained with Zero breakdown Hours. This is an essential KPI
Minimum Requirement-
- BE /B.Tech – Electrical /Mechanical
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Hotel Engineering
