Role: Director of Technology -

Engineering Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology - Engineering to lead our Agile - based software development team working on a MEAN stack - based platform (preferred). In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle, manage customer implementations, help the team with solving/debugging, and ensure successful delivery of our platform while handling customer communications and delivery expectations. The candidate should have extensive experience in multiple technologies, customer management, and a robust understanding of software development and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in Agile - based development methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize feature development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders , managing communications, addressing concerns, and setting delivery expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Product requirements into the product roadmap and development process.
- Understand architecture and design principles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, with a focus that can be on multiple technologies; preferred will be MEAN stack technologies. Knowledge of php is an added advantage.




- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement best practices for coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Mandatory Qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech., / MCA only.
- 60% & above in entire academics, including highest qualification
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in Agile - based software development and 3 years of customer handling experience .
- Strong technical background in multiple technologies; preferred tech stack can be MEAN or MERN; should have hands - on experience as well in some technologies.
- Proven track record of leading Agile development teams to deliver high - quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with experience in

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment, planning, executing, risk management, and delivering customer implementations.
