DIRECTOR ADMISSIONS (OUTREACH)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall admissions outreach and student recruitment activities.

- Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, education consultants, and corporate/industry partners.

- Lead outreach campaigns, career fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.

- Monitor admission leads, conversions, team performance, and outreach effectiveness.

- Guide and supervise the Admissions & Outreach team and ensure target achievement.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Academics, and other departments for admission campaigns.

- Prepare regular MIS reports and provide updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Management,



or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

- Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, education sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in higher education.

- Solid communication, leadership, networking, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and admission activities.

- Proven track record of achieving admission/recruitment targets.
