Role Description The Diploma Electrical Engineer will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems for solar and monitoring solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in electrical design for power distribution and control panels, performing routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant codes. The role involves collaborating with project teams to implement solutions for SCADA systems, data loggers, and weather sensors, preparing technical documentation,



and maintaining accurate records of installations and maintenance activities.

The engineer will also coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, support commissioning activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of electrical and monitoring systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering with a solid understanding of fundamental electrical principles and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, including reading schematics, designing basic circuits, and supporting panel and field wiring layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Power Systems, including knowledge of solar power plant systems, loads, protection devices, and grounding concepts.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution is required; additional certifications in solar or industrial automation are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, use basic electrical testing instruments, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site at industrial and field locations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience in solar power plants, SCADA systems, or industrial electrical maintenance will be considered beneficial.
