DIGITAL SALES EXECUTIVE Company: Prakom Group of Companies Industry: uPVC Doors & Windows / Building Materials Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Experience: 2 Years Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to generate and convert sales leads through digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling online enquiries, communicating with potential customers, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage sales leads through digital platforms.

Handle enquiries received through website, social media, WhatsApp, online portals, and other digital channels . Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales opportunities. Maintain and update lead information and follow-up status. Coordinate with the sales/project team for site visits, quotations, and further discussions.





Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Track leads from initial enquiry to conversion. Achieve assigned lead conversion and sales targets. Prepare regular updates on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred Experience 2 years of experience in Digital Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales.

Experience in Building Materials, uPVC, Aluminium, Doors & Windows, Construction Materials, or related industries is preferred.

Experience handling digital leads and converting online enquiries into sales will be an advantage.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills. Solid follow-up and lead conversion skills. Good knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, CRM, and online lead platforms . Customer-focused approach. Ability to achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of uPVC doors, windows, aluminium, or building materials is an advantage.
