Digital Sales Manager

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 2–3+ Years

Reporting To: CEO / Business Head

Job Purpose To drive sales through digital channels with a solid focus on WhatsApp API-based sales, customer conversion, e-commerce, quick-commerce and D2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive sales through WhatsApp Business API.
- Hands-on knowledge of WATI, Interakt or similar WhatsApp API platforms.
- Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts, automated follow-ups, customer journeys and chatbot flows.
- Handle digital leads, customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Manage sales through e-commerce marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Track orders, customer follow-ups, conversions and repeat purchases.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling and customer retention.
- Achieve monthly digital sales and revenue targets.




- Prepare basic sales reports and track channel-wise performance.

Required Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience in Digital Sales / E-Commerce / D2C Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in WhatsApp API.
- Working knowledge of WATI and Interakt is essential.
- Some hands-on experience with e-commerce and quick-commerce sales platforms.
- Strong lead conversion and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good communication and follow-up ability.
- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Ideal Candidate A sales-focused professional who has personally handled WhatsApp API-based selling and digital lead conversion, with working exposure to e-commerce and quick-commerce sales, rather than only supporting a marketing team. Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
