About the Role

We are hiring a Digital PR & Content Executive responsible for earned media outreach, content writing, and professional external communication.

This is a fully remote role for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their responsibilities, and consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities

- Research relevant journalists, publications, podcasts, and media opportunities.
- Pitch for interviews, expert commentary, features, and contributed content.
- Secure genuine earned media coverage and editorial backlinks.
- Monitor relevant industry and business news for timely PR opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, media contacts, and placement records.
- Write and edit articles, newsletters, website copy, social content, and media pitches.
- Coordinate with the video editing team to ensure written and video content are aligned in messaging, positioning, and overall content direction.
- Draft and manage professional email communication with journalists, guests, partners, and other external contacts.
- Research business topics and turn ideas and expertise into clear written content.




- Track outreach activity, responses, and published coverage.

Requirements
- Previous experience securing earned media coverage or editorial backlinks is required.
- Must be able to provide examples of placements personally secured.
- Experience with platforms such as HARO, Featured, Qwoted, or similar PR/media outreach tools is preferred.
- Excellent written English and skilled email communication skills.
- Strong research and outreach skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Able to write across different formats and tones.
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned work.
