Experience: 2 Years The Role The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing activities across social media, paid campaigns, search and other online channels. The role will support brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead-generation initiatives for cybersecurity and technology services.

The position requires hands-on experience managing digital channels, creating campaign plans, tracking performance, and working with content and design teams. The specialist will use campaign data and audience insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day presence across relevant digital and social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Plan, execute and optimise organic and paid digital campaigns aligned with marketing and lead-generation objectives.
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to develop campaign creatives, social posts, landing-page content, and promotional assets.
- Maintain social media calendars and ensure timely publishing across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead-generation metrics.
- Support SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and search campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify content opportunities, campaign themes, and digital trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports using digital marketing and analytics tools and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
- Support digital promotion of webinars, events,



thought-leadership content, service offerings, and other marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, digital media, or social media marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and related digital marketing tools.
- Positive understanding of SEO, SEM, social media optimisation, and digital advertising fundamentals.
- Experience tracking campaign metrics such as impressions, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions, and leads.
- Ability to manage social media calendars and coordinate content across multiple digital channels.
- Familiarity with landing pages, lead-generation campaigns, and basic conversion optimisation.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign segmentation.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail for digital and social media content.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with content, design, sales, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology organisation is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce will be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, digital marketing, or SEO are preferred.
