Senior Digital Marketing Mentor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Mentor with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess expert-level knowledge in at least one core digital marketing specialization (SEO, SEM/PPC, or Social Media Marketing) and advanced working knowledge across all major digital marketing domains.

This role is not limited to campaign execution. The candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, curriculum delivery, live project guidance, and preparing students to become industry-ready digital marketers.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.

Agency experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience managing multiple clients across different industries will be preferred.

Expert-level knowledge in at least one of the following:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads/PPC)

Social Media Marketing (Meta Ads & Organic Marketing)

Advanced practical knowledge in all major digital marketing domains.

Proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital marketing campaigns.

Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mentor students through live projects and practical assignments.

Teach concepts using real-world case studies and industry examples.

Guide students in building digital marketing strategies for businesses.





Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Support curriculum enhancement with current industry practices.

Assist students with interview preparation, portfolio building, and career guidance.
