About the Role

Techon Innovations is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and promote our software products and services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with social media marketing, video content creation, advertising campaigns, promotional creatives, and digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Create and manage social media content, promotional videos, reels, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Plan and run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content ideas and marketing strategies for our software products and services.
- Create short-form video content such as Reels, product videos, promotional videos, demos, and marketing videos.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams to create effective promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other key marketing metrics.




- Analyze marketing results and continuously improve campaigns based on performance.
- Assist with SEO, Google Business, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, advertising strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities for promoting our products and services.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience creating or coordinating videos, Reels, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Positive understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content and campaign ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
