Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our Digital Marketing training programs. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, robust communication skills, and a passion for teaching. You will play a key role in designing curriculum, conducting training sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for industry roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on core and advanced digital marketing topics including:

SEO & SEM

- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Analytics and Reporting
- Content Strategy
- E-commerce Marketing
- AI Tools for Marketing
- Assist in developing and updating curriculum and training materials based on current industry trends.
- Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, projects, and mock interviews.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and career guidance to students.




- Collaborate with the academic and placement team to ensure quality outcomes and employability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes in digital marketing platforms.
- Conduct masterclasses and contribute to events or seminars organized by the school.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and keep sessions interactive.
- Passion for teaching and upskilling young talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Google/Facebook certifications.
- Agency or client-side digital marketing experience.
- Leadership or team management experience.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Mankavu, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Teaching: 3 years (Required)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
