Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms to manage and execute digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, customer engagement, leads, and online sales.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for e-commerce business growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Drive website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and online revenue.
- Manage and optimize product listings, landing pages, promotions, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Work closely with content,



design, sales, and e-commerce teams to achieve business targets.
- Track important e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and revenue.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and e-commerce best practices.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
