Company Description Zynetic is a technology-first EV charging infrastructure company developing intelligent, reliable, and scalable charging solutions for the future of mobility.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to own how Zynetic looks, sounds and shows up in the market. You'll set the strategy, run paid campaigns that bring in leads, and lead a dedicated photographer and content editor to turn your ideas into real video and photo content.

What you'll do

- Own marketing strategy and brand positioning across the UAE, India and Southeast Asia
- Plan, run and optimise performance campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, owning budget, targeting, creatives, CPL and ROAS
- Manage our social media channels end to end, from the calendar to posting, community and analytics
- Come up with content ideas and a creative approach that makes EV and SaaS stories stand out
- Lead your photographer and content editor: write concepts, scripts and shot lists, direct shoots at our sites, and sign off on edits
- Launch and produce the Zynetic podcast, covering format, guests,



recording and distribution
- Create written content yourself: posts, case studies and thought leadership

What you bring

- 6–10 years in marketing, with proven hands-on performance marketing on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong experience in content creation and social media management, with a portfolio of work you led (required)
- A creative mind that generates ideas and gets them made
- Experience directing photo and video shoots and working with photographers and editors
- Comfortable on camera, with podcast experience or a strong interest in starting one
- Hands-on with Canva, Figma or Adobe, GA4, HubSpot and AI tools
- Bonus: B2B, SaaS, EV or cleantech experience
