Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. In this position, the specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display networks. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance.

The specialist will track and analyze campaign data using web analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations to improve ROI.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with design and content teams, staying current with digital marketing trends, and supporting online brand-building initiatives for global clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to plan strategies, analyze performance data, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and interact with clients when needed.
- Experience with major social platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or in managing campaigns for global brands is an advantage.
