Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist & Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote Indian Human Resources and grow its community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, developing online marketing strategies, monitoring web analytics, and improving engagement across digital platforms.

The role involves creating and curating content, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital communications. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance reach and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms.




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage, grow, and engage audiences on social networks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for transparent messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and community engagement.
- Proven experience (3 to 10 years) in digital marketing, preferably in community-driven or HR-focused organizations.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
