We are looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage digital marketing for our existing and upcoming schools, with a strong focus on brand visibility, lead generation and admissions support.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.

● Create and coordinate ad creatives, copy, videos and campaign content.

● Set up and manage campaign targeting, budgets, keywords, locations and lead forms.

● Monitor campaigns regularly and optimise audiences, creatives, budgets, keywords and placements.

● Analyse campaign performance including reach, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and lead quality.

● Work closely with the Admissions/CRM team to track enquiries, follow lead quality and improve conversion.

● Manage SEO for school websites and landing pages, including keyword research, on-page, technical and local SEO.

● Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles.

● Track website and campaign performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.





● Manage social media posting and content calendars for the schools.

● Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages.

● Coordinate with creative agencies, website teams and external vendors wherever required.

● Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports with key insights and recommended actions.

● Support digital marketing and launch activities for new schools and admission campaigns.

Preferred Skills

● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO.

● Valuable understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.

● Experience in lead-generation and performance marketing.

● Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns based on results.

● Basic knowledge of Canva/creative tools and landing-page optimisation.

● Experience in the education sector will be preferred.

The role requires someone who can manage the complete digital cycle — Create → Publish → Analyse → Optimise → Generate Leads → Improve Conversion.
