Role Description 5-6 years of relevent Experience This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune City. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with business clients and investors, and promote Jaywant Group’s industrial and commercial real estate offerings.

Responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns,



contributing to digital and offline promotional activities, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. The specialist will work closely with senior management to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility in key industrial and commercial corridors.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or real estate environments.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team performance, share best practices, and contribute to structured sales processes.
- Knowledge of real estate or industrial property markets, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage field visits, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in real estate or B2B sales is an advantage.
