We’re looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online marketing efforts for our real estate agency. You’ll manage campaigns, boost brand presence, and generate quality leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and run digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Optimize website content and listings for SEO
- Create email campaigns and lead generation funnels
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate on social media, content creation, and ad design
- Keep listings updated and maintain the agency’s website

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
- Familiar with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Good communication and creative skills
- Bonus: Experience with video marketing, Canva, or Adobe Suite

Position Overview

As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the leasing strategy, managing the leasing team, and ensuring high-quality tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leasing and property management, with a focus on achieving results and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute leasing plans to meet occupancy targets. Manage property marketing and tenant outreach.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents to ensure targets are met. Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
- Tenant Relations: Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure positive experiences for tenants.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and rental rates to maintain competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure all lease agreements and processes are legally compliant and properly documented.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar real estate role.
