Contura Clinic, a premium aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic in Bengaluru, is looking for a motivated and responsible Digital Marketing & Patient Coordination Executive to manage our digital marketing activities and coordinate prospective and existing patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and coordinate with external marketing agencies when required.
- Monitor leads, cost per lead, campaign performance and conversions.
- Handle enquiries received through Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls and other digital platforms.
- Promptly follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into consultations.
- Schedule consultations, procedures and surgeries and coordinate with patients regarding appointments.
- Follow up with patients after consultations regarding their decision and surgery scheduling.
- Coordinate pre-operative investigations, hospital/OT requirements and patient communication.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, consultations and surgeries.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, consultations, conversions and marketing performance.
- Coordinate with the doctor, clinic staff and external marketing teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal Candidate:





- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, patient coordination, sales or a similar role.
- Practical experience with Google Ads is essential.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with patients by phone and WhatsApp.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and digital marketing platforms.
- Previous experience in a hospital, dermatology, cosmetic or plastic surgery clinic will be an advantage.
- Kannada/Hindi communication skills would be an advantage.
- Should be organized, professional, proactive and capable of taking ownership of the entire patient journey.

The role involves managing the complete journey: Digital Lead → Patient Enquiry → Follow-up → Consultation → Surgery Booking → Pre-operative Coordination

We are particularly looking for someone who understands that quality of leads, consultations and surgery conversions are more important than simply generating large numbers of enquiries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
