In this role, you will shape the digital footprint of our exclusive, high-end gated communities and estate plots. Your primary goal is to target High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and deliver qualified, high-intent investor prospects to our bespoke sales team

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

HNWI Target Acquisition & Performance

- Design and execute hyper-targeted, private digital campaigns across Meta, Google Premium Search, LinkedIn, and programmatic luxury ad networks.
- Utilize advanced audience layering to target specific demographics, including affinity groups, frequent luxury travelers, and high-income investors.
- Prioritize lead quality over volume, maintaining a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for qualified site visits.
- Design, launch, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring a low Cost Per Lead (CPL)



and high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Build and test landing pages optimized for property inquiries, virtual tours, and brochure downloads.

SEO & Organic Growth

- Oversee local SEO and website optimization to rank high for location-specific property keywords .
- Create compelling content, including project blogs, neighborhood guides, and video walkthroughs.

Social Media & Brand Management

- Maintain active, premium branding across social platforms to showcase properties, client testimonials, and construction updates.
- Plan virtual property launches, live Q&A; sessions, and digital events.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 9+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with specifically in real estate.
- Technical Tools: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and basic SEO tools .

Soft Skills: Robust analytical mindset, creative storytelling ability, and excellent cross-functional communication with sales teams.
