Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Surat.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan and execute digital campaigns to promote the brand and product portfolio across online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies using web analytics. The role involves driving lead generation initiatives, coordinating with sales and design teams on promotional activities, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will also oversee digital marketing budgets, collaborate with external agencies or vendors when needed, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning and brand promotion.




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, with experience converting online interest into qualified inquiries or sales opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including the use of tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and improve performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for digital audiences.
- Experience managing digital campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
