We are a growing manufacturing enterprise seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Management Executive to own our online business presence, drive lead outreach, and streamline customer conversions. You will be fully responsible for nurturing inbound prospects and keeping our digital ecosystem organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Portal Management: Complete ownership of company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and Google My Business (GMB) to optimize visibility and track inbound inquiries.
- Lead Outreach & Conversion: Actively attend to incoming leads via calls and WhatsApp, filter relevance, conduct initial outreach, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Operations: Manage daily lead tracking, logging, and pipeline updates strictly within Zoho CRM(moving qualified leads effectively from Leads to Deals).




- Online Reputations: Maintain up-to-date cataloging, product listings, and customer review scores across all online manufacturing directories.

- Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of executive experience handling B2B lead generation, inside sales, or digital profile optimization.
- CRM Software: Mandatory hands-on experience using Zoho CRM / Zoho One workflows.
- Skills: Excellent qualified communication over phone/WhatsApp, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and a strong understanding of how IndiaMART Lead Manager operates.
- Location: Pune / Chakan Industrial Area preferred.
