We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 0–2 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on leads, conversions, sales, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
- Identify campaign performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Tirunelveli are preferred.
