Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, aligned with client and internal brand strategies. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing content for web and social platforms, managing posting schedules, and engaging with online communities to strengthen brand presence. The role involves monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Executive will collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective digital experiences for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt messaging for different audiences.




- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, such as platform management, content scheduling, audience engagement, and familiarity with paid social campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, and social posts.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms to track performance and generate insights.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic design or creative briefing, familiarity with marketing automation tools, and experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a strong interest in staying updated with digital marketing trends.
