Job Overview

Rexcel IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–5 years of experience in SEO, SMO and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and be comfortable working on multiple campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic and visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page/off-page SEO activities.
- Handle SMO and social media marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
- Create, schedule and manage engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Develop and implement link-building and content promotion strategies.
- Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to create SEO-friendly content and social media creatives.
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media and digital marketing trends.




- Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements to increase engagement, traffic and conversions.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO or Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Technical SEO basics.
- Understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis and link building.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
- Good time-management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
