Position: Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist

Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Performance Marketing.

We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, analytical ability, creative skills, and performance optimization to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns
- Manage lead generation, conversion and remarketing campaigns
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom and lookalike audiences
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS




- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences and campaign structures
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
- Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Create and coordinate social media creatives, promotional banners and campaign materials
- Support Google Ads and other digital marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience in Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, tracking and conversion measurement
- Good knowledge of Canva and other graphic/design-making tools
- Ability to create professional and engaging social media creatives
- Working knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
