Goodybag Studios is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute and improve digital marketing activities for a range of client businesses. You will work with our strategy, creative and client-facing teams to turn marketing plans into organised campaigns, content and measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities across relevant channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
- Develop content calendars, write briefs and coordinate with designers, writers and production teams.
- Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, where required.
- Review client websites, social profiles and customer journeys to identify practical improvements.
- Track campaign and channel performance, prepare clear reports and recommend next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver approved client work on time.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, LinkedIn and campaign execution.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and basic analytics/reporting.
- Ability to plan content,



interpret performance data and communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and basic CRM tools is beneficial.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency environment is an advantage.
