We're looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

???? ???'?? ???? ??:

- Plan, run, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Generate leads through paid and organic channels
- Manage TAB India's social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain the monthly content calendar
- Create and schedule daily and weekly social media posts, reels, and stories
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags for every post
- Design creatives using graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Manage and grow the LinkedIn page and profile presence
- Promote TAB India events, webinars, and member success stories on social media
- Respond to comments and DMs, and engage with the community.
- Write ad, email, and WhatsApp copy
- Track campaign and social media performance (CPL, ROAS, reach, engagement, followers, leads) and share regular reports




- Keep up with social media trends, competitor pages, and platform updates.

?????????????:

- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (compulsory; internship or live project experience is fine)
- Working knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
- Good knowledge of graphic design and tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Basic video editing skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team

??????: ₹25,000 per month for freshers | ₹30,000 per month for candidates with relevant experience, plus performance-based incentives
