Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mayur Vihar. The person in this role will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, with a focus on social media, SEO, and email marketing to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Daily tasks include creating and publishing digital content, managing social media accounts, optimizing website content for search engines, and coordinating with the web design and development teams to align marketing efforts with site performance.

The role also involves staying up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to support continuous enhancement of the company’s online strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, creating content, and tracking engagement.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create SEO-friendly and audience-focused digital content.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and basic CMS usage is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attentive to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in a collaborative environment.
